Hereby known as Visuals, visual for the rest of this privacy policy.
Unique Identifier
When users install the custom visual for the very first time, a request is initiated to Argent Logic’s product server for the generation of an unique key. This unique key act as an unique identifier and is required to identify the visual.
During this request, some data is collected including the requester’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. No identifiable personal information is collected, stored, processed or used in any form by Argent Logic.
License Key Validation
When a premium edition is purchased from the Argent Logic website. A license key is provided to the user. Validation can be performed directly on the Power BI Visual through the configuration pane. During validation, a request is sent to the Argent Logic’s product server for validity.
During this request, some data is collected including the requester’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. No identifiable personal information is collected, stored, processed or used in any form by Argent Logic.
Media
If you use any images on the visual, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. These images used are solely in the discretion of the user and are not collected, distributed or sent to Argent Logic server for any reasons.
Cookies
Cookies are not used by ProcessChampion Power BI Visual. However, users are subject to Microsoft Power BI’s privacy policy when using the Power BI services.
In addition, the visuals provide a direct link to Argent Logic’s website for user guides, support and the purchase of premium editions. When a user visits the Argent Logic website, they will be subject to the website’s privacy policy.
Embedded content from other websites
The visual may embed contents from other sources or websites only at the intentional choice of the user. It is beyond the Argent Logic team’s responsibility to determine if these external sources are fit for purpose i.e. secure and private.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Your data is not shared with any other third party.
How long we retain your data
If you install the visual, or activated a license key, the data collected and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is for audit purposes and so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, operational, legal, or security purposes.

Collected data may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
